I really liked my stay here, the room was super spacious and modern, and the staff was really helpful. My room had everything I needed - warm central heating, a nice flat-screen TV, and even a fridge to keep my drinks cool! 🌟

It's a modern and absolutely amazing hotel in the amazing building. The rooms are nice with central heating, TV, and a fridge. The location is in a marvellous and convenient spot in the middle of jackson. There's La Cioccolateria Silva at a moderate distance from the property, they have tea/coffee/desserts...

The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, making for a comfortable stay. The staff member we met at reception was extremely friendly and went out of her way to help us, even allowing us to extend our check-out time. The location was convenient, with easy access to the train station and bus stops, making it a great base for exploring the city.

The electronic check-in and check-out system was a bit problematic, especially when we encountered a problem with accessing our room upon check-out. It was frustrating not being able to reach anyone immediately to resolve the issue, causing us to feel anxious as we were running late for our train.

The room was modern and clean with coffee/tea amenities and a fridge, the private bathrooms were cleaned daily, and the staff was friendly and accommodating!

The location of Nazionale Suite was incredibly convenient, just a short distance from the central train station and easily accessible for catching a bus to the airport. It provided a peaceful and comfortable retreat before exploring the bustling streets of the city. The cleanliness of the property, including the rooms, was exceptional. The modern furnishings and fresh scent added to the overall pleasant experience.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a slightly noisy fridge in the room and infrequent availability of staff at the front desk, they did not significantly impact the overall experience. The check-in and -out process being solely electronic was convenient, but there was an unfortunate incident of being locked out of the apartment when the electronic system malfunctioned.

The staff here were really kind and friendly, which made our stay so pleasant. We loved the cozy double room, especially because it had an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Overall, we had a great time here! 🌟
